You cannot buy a higher position. Businesses must meet our review standards, and requests are intended to fit their services and coverage.

Businesses that offer several services can list all of them in their application. Our onboarding is intended to confirm service coverage, licensing and insurance where required, and a commitment to clear communication.

What happens after I apply?
Complete the four steps below to send your business information, services, ZIP codes and credentials together. Wait for the “Application received” message; you do not need to sign up again. Drew reviews your application and contacts you only for anything missing or the next decision. Uploading documents does not automatically verify or approve your business. If approved, you review the agreement and securely save a payment method before referrals begin. Approval and payment setup do not guarantee jobs.
What does it cost?
Applying is free, with no subscription or payment required to apply. Your business’s first two completed, fully paid jobs referred by My Home. Your Crew. have no referral fee. Beginning with the third qualifying job, the same fee schedule applies to every job, based on the customer’s final pretax project total:

No referral fee for unanswered requests, estimates that do not become jobs, or canceled work. One customer project counts once. The two free jobs apply to your business as a whole, across employees and service categories.
Before live referrals, approved Pros will review the billing terms and authorize a saved payment method. You confirm completion, full customer payment, and the pretax total; the homeowner separately confirms completion. We send a fee notice and allow 48 hours after confirmed delivery to question it before charging the saved payment method. Disputed jobs stay on hold for review.
Applications are open now. Approved Pros complete secure payment setup before referrals begin. Matching depends on the reviewed service area and current availability. Applying does not authorize a charge or guarantee work.
Does applying make my business a Verified Pro?
No. An application starts the onboarding process. Your business must complete the required review before being approved for live requests or described as verified.
Who controls pricing and scheduling?
Your business does. You assess the work, provide an estimate, and agree on scheduling and terms with the customer. Customers pay your business directly for the work. My Home. Your Crew. collects only its applicable referral fee from your authorized payment method.
